'OutOfOffice' is the name of a new travel start-up that's decided to specifically cater to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender couples.
As of now, the site features more than 200 itineraries across 40 countries. On the site, users are able to book a range of LGBT-friendly hotels to flights, transfers and excursions. The start-up was developed as an alternative to other "seedy" services and platforms that claim to be gay-friendly, yet feature no images of same-sex couples holding hands, as OutOfOffice proudly does.
Already, OutOfOffice has seen a boom in business with the rise of same-sex marriages able to happen in many new places around the world. As a result, there's now a high demand for honeymoons. Darren Burn, one of the founders of OutOfOffice reports: "We were predicting revenues of £50,000 in our first month and we made £250,000."
