CEO Matthieu Jost began the company after his own experience with an Airbnb host who was uncomfortable renting her apartment to Jost and his partner. Following the incident, Jost decided to establish his own short-term rental service by and for gay men in order to create a more safe and comfortable experience for gay travelers.
