There are plenty of wellness apps that have been launched with the rise of the health movement, but one of the newest ones emphasizes well-being in the workplace.
As a provider of co-working office space, WeWork recently launched an application called 'WeWork Wellness,' which turns unused spaces in its offices into "pop-up studios." Now, both WeWork members and non-members are able to sign up for a variety of classes. Bookings can be arranged online, via Eventbrite or ClassPass, as well as the convenient WeWork Wellness app.
Over the past year, WeWork has been hosting yoga, meditation and kickboxing classes at its NYC locations, but this app formalizes these ongoing events and makes it easier for people to reserve their spot for these activities, while also introducing new individuals to the co-working model.
