The Wagamama Vegan Brunch Menu Remixes Traditional Recipes

The Wagamama vegan brunch menu is the brand's first range of plant-based dishes that offer a new take on some brunch classics for customers to give a go. The menu from the Asian cuisine-inspired UK restaurant chain includes two types of breakfast bao buns in Vegan Bacon & Mushroom and Vegan Sausage & Mushroom. The menu also includes the big vegan breakfast with plant-based sausage and bacon, hash browns, grilled tomato, smashed avocado with tofu and edamame, spinach, teriyaki mushrooms, baked beans and a side toast.

Chief Marketing Officer Kay Bartlett spoke on the Wagamama vegan brunch menu saying, "We’ve seen an increase in consumer demand for an all-day dining offering and appetite for brunch dishes. This announcement is in response to that, and we’re thrilled to introduce our Wagamama take on brunch. The decision to open our restaurants at 8.30 a.m. has involved a great amount of hard work and dedication from our brilliant teams and we’re all really proud and excited about this latest round of innovation and chapter in the Wagamama story."
