Collective Arts works in collaboration with Willibald Farm Distillery to develop the Sloe Gin Fizz drink, a delicious sparkling gin cocktail. This marks Collective Art's first collaboration and the duo offer a refreshing libation led by citrus notes. The artisanal dry gin uses sloe berries as well, which is a berry that is part of the plum family. It has a rich palette with fruity flavors.
This brings a great balance to the beverage, fusing together spices, citrus, and fruit with each component equally coming through. The sloe berries are elevated with the spice from the gin and brings refreshing notes from the addition of orange and cardamom. It has a 10% ABV and is now available for pick up at Collective Arts or Ontario-wide delivery.
