Inspired by the idea to create "less meat but not meatless" sausages, fourth-generation butcher Cara Nicoletti created Seemore Meats & Veggies with Erin Patinkin and Ariel Hauptman. Seemore Meats & Veggies' sausages specifically appeal to flexitarians, as they offer a mix of meat and vegetables in unique varieties like Bubbe’s Chicken Soup, Loaded Baked Potato, Broccoli Melt and La Dolce Beet-a. Thanks to the addition of dehydrated beet powder, the La Dolce Beet-a pork sausages made are the most colorful product in the range.
The all-natural sausages are made with either Global Animal Partnerships Step 3 Chicken or Step 1 Pork, natural casings and contain no added hormones, nitrites, nitrates or phosphates.
