China Airlines' Menu Features Vegan Fish and Meat Alternatives

At the same time that many restaurants are now offering at least one plant-based option, China Airlines is making it easier for travelers to enjoy nourishing meals in the sky with its new plant-based inflight meals. Travelers across all cabins on flights departing Taiwan can now make the most of the choices offered through the Clean and Green Plant-Based Cuisine menu.

This plant-powered inflight menu was made possible with Taiwanese restaurant Yang Ming Spring (which has received the Michelin Green Star award for two consecutive years for its plant-based food and beverage selection.) On the menu, there are vegan fish fillets and meat alternatives that take the stress out of dining if certain preferences or dietary needs are present.
