Wonka, a Nestle subsidiary brand based off of the Roald Dahl book and film franchise, is revealing its new treat called the Peel-A-Pop at a pop-up shop in New York this weekend. The treat is ice-cream based, but actually looks like a banana on a stick.
The deceiving ice-cream pop is coated in chewy candy that is "peel-able." It comes in two flavors: Vanilla Banana and Vanilla Grape. The ice-cream tube is vanilla, while all the flavoring comes from the coating -- which is presumably types of Wonka Laffy Taffy.
Willy Wonka is the most innovative fictional candy makers of all time, so it's amazing to see his whimsical creations come to life -- lets just hope the Snozzberry stays fictional.
