Papa Salt gin is a new coastal spirit from actress Margot Robbie, her husband, Tom Ackerley and their film industry friends Charlie Maas, Josey McNamara and Regan Riskas. This gin spirit pays tribute to the Australian coast and it's touted as an easy-drinking, sessionable gin that shares the taste of Australian botanicals.
Together, the collaborators created 59 versions of the spirit over five years, and then finished product incorporates oyster shells, roasted wattleseed and pink peppercorn among other ingredients native to Australia. The gin got its name from a man from the Californian coastline whom the group met while traveling.
The brand's recommended serve is to pair Papa Salt with soda, generous amounts of ice and a wedge of fresh grapefruit.
