Hive Mind Sparkling Mead Marries Pioneering Techniques & Modern Tastes

Wye Valley Meadery and Hive Mind Brewery rebranded together under a new name, the Hive Mind Mead & Brew Co., and the company is now introducing a new range of Hive Mind Sparkling Mead in cans. These sparkling drinks share a taste of natural ingredients and British honey, including honey straight from hives in the Wye Valley.

The naturally flavored sparkling mead beverages are available in four flavors (ginger, elderflower, rhubarb and pure honey,) each with 4% ABV. This new launch coincides with World Bee Day, an occasion that brings awareness and support to pollinators. Soon, this range will be expanded to include two additional flavors: sour cherry, and honey and hops.

Consumer perceptions of mead, the ancient honey-based beverage, have been refreshed in recent years. Once considered niche or obscure, mead has gained popularity as an artisanal, enchanting honey wine.
