In honor of Hard Rock International Founders' Day, Hard Rock Cafe is debuting five locally developed, culturally inspired burgers as part of the limited-time return of the World Burger Tour competition.
The World Burger Tour competition began with over 150 new burgers developed by Hard Rock Cafe chefs around the world showing off local culture and personal taste with featured ingredients. The top five finalists' creations are joining all menus for a limited time this summer.
On the menu, there are three seven-ounce steak burgers and two smashed burgers. While the Bengaluru Burger is a creation from Hard Rock Cafe Bengaluru, India with black bean corn salsa, sweet and spicy pickled mayo and roasted jalapeno, Brazil's Gramado Burger shares a taste of garlic aioli, mozzarella cheese fritter and whiskey bacon jam.
