As a manufacturer of air-dried fruit and vegetable crisps, Nim’s Fruit Crisps is venturing into the drinks sector with a new fruit garnish product range that's meant to be used for topping off drinks or infusing water, teas and alcoholic beverages. A pack contains 12 to 20 slices of oranges, lemons, limes and other fruits. Unlike slicing into a fresh fruit, this option helps to minimize produce waste, and the slices rehydrate and return to their original state in liquid.
As founder Nimisha Raja describes, "We want to try and replicate the success of our fruit and vegetable crisps by taking infusions into the major supermarkets by investing heavily in new branding, easy to seal packaging and ongoing product development that will bring lots of new infusion pairings to market in the coming months."
