Comprital Pure Vegan Includes Three Options to Choose From

Comprital Pure Vegan is a new range of clean label dessert bases that are crafted with a naturally lactose-free formulation to give them a free-from recipe.

The product range is crafted with natural ingredients including cane sugar and chicory, bamboo and citrus fibers, while also having no artificial flavors in the mix. The products are thus well-suited towards the creation of recipes that have no dairy, which is great for both vegan consumer groups and those who have lactose intolerance. The range includes Pure Vegan P.Z., Pure Vegan P.G. and Pure Vegan Chocolate.

General Manager Adriano Bert spoke on the Comprital Pure Vegan range saying, "Comprital has always recognised the importance of this market segment, and for this reason, our Research and Development team is constantly working on developing plant-based alternatives and clean label products. Our Pure Vegan line represents an important milestone in this exciting journey, which will continue thanks to the determination and professionalism of our entire team to offer consumers quality products, lactose-free and developed from natural ingredients."
