KFC Canada's Amazon Alexa Skill Lets Users Chat with Colonel Sanders

KFC Canada recently announced a new voice-activated skill for Alexa-enabled Amazon devices that gives users the ability to chat with Colonel Sanders himself. KFC collaborated with Amazon Web Services and AI service Amazon Polly to recreate the iconic voice of Colonel Harland Sanders. Thanks to the AI cloud service, Colonel Sanders is said to have a "spicy Southern accent and speech patterns that are consistent with the world-famous persona."

Thanks to advanced deep learning technology and artificial intelligence, customers will feel as though they're really talking to the chain's mascot. Now, users are able to interact with Colonel Sanders by playing games, listening to jokes, testing their knowledge on chicken and easily ordering and tracking meals.
