This year for Easter, Bakerella, or the queen of the cake pops came up with an adorable and delicious recipe for carrot cake pops.
Although you could actually use carrot cake for the batter of these cake pops, Bakerella simply used a yellow cake. With some melted orange wafers and a little shaping, the carrots really start to take shape as little baby carrots. As if these aren't absolutely adorable enough on their own, Bakerella adds little faces to them, plus a little leafy green stem.
To make the carrot cake pops extra Easter-y, she also added a tiny bunny headband onto one of the carrots. Although recreating these cake pops as skillfully as she does might be a challenge, they would make some pretty fantastic Easter desserts.
