This unique alleyway restaurant is a hidden gem neatly tucked away along a busy street. Entitled El Papagayo Restaurant, the charming eatery in Córdoba, Argentina is a stunning use of space that proves even the most unconventional areas can be made into dynamic retail gems.
Designed by Ernesto Bedmar, the long restaurant was inspired by the architect's time spent living in Hong Kong, where space is scarce and generally made the most of. Having known the Córdoba alleyway decades before as a secret passage to a busy town square, Bedmar was inspired to create a unique dining experience in a space that others may have overlooked.
