Denver International Airport (DEN) in Colorado will soon be home to the first private yoga-and-meditation studio inside of an airport, Yoga on the Fly.
The experience that Yoga on the Fly provides sets itself apart from what traditional yoga studios offer by setting up travelers inside of a private "mini-studio," complete with wireless Sound Off headphones, yoga mats, props and tablets with easy-to-follow instructional videos.
Additionally, the yoga and meditation practices shared are specifically targeted at the modern traveler who may find themselves frustrated or exhausted, but in need of simple, restorative practices to bring their mind and body back into alignment. Some of the classes offered by Yoga on the Fly include 'Seated for Flight,' and 'Simple Standing Poses,' as well as 'Body Scan' meditations, guided visualizations and alternate nostril breathing.
