In one of the most alarming videos of the year, NASA released a 30 second clip that shows 130 years of climate change. What's so scary about the video is that it shows that the world is in fact heating up and it has consistently been getting worse since 1880.
The range for the video is from 1880 to 2011 and it becomes quite clear that around the 20th century the change rapidly became worse. The idea of global warming may not be as far fetched as many first thought. With these images it's evident that this is a social issue that people need to pay attention to. If the world continues to heat up, it will drastically affect more than just what people have to wear that day.
