Stephanie Hernandez is a truly gifted makeup artist who was able to create a real-looking wooden mask out of only makeup and latex.
A truly talented makeup artist can create anything with makeup. This is no more true than when you look at Stephanie Hernandez. Stephanie used her friend Laura Jones as a model as she created a very accurate looking wooden mask. Laura is almost completely unrecognizable under the mask as the initial stages involved latex that cover her entire face.
The first thing one notices when they see this is that the mask actually looks sort of like the villain from the Saw movies. While it wasn’t modeled after him, the similarities are very strong. When looking at the before and after photos, Laura looks pretty intimidating as well. It just goes to show that movie magic is powerful magic.
