One gets used to buying his fermented grape beverage within a prototypical bottle, but the creators of W.Wagtail Wine packaging aims to soar to new heights with the label of the Longview Vineyard brand.
Design studio Voice of Australia was not satisfied with the standard aesthetic, and chose to make the product's sticker much like vintage bird-watcher membership certificates. Influenced by examples of documents from the 1940s, the team conceived its own version, making the company behind the alcoholic drink a "Sparkling Wine Society" within the theme. The liquor's specific name is scrawled across the license as if it's the name of the accredited, and a detailed color sketch of a bird finds itself in the center. The W.Wagtail Wine packaging is set off appropriately with an antique image of illustration and typeface.
