The new W June July 2013 editorial is all about entering fashion's wild and unknown territories.
Shot by photographer Mikael Jansson with models Liya Kebede and Joan Smalls as rivals vying for the crown of who's the most chic survivor in the jungle, the photo shoot is a collection of green foliage and thundering waves. Stylist Sarah Richardson outfits the girls in leather, white swim suits and fully-feathered frocks. Hair stylist Serge Normant finishes off their look with tousled mushroom-like cuts. In some of the images, Kebede and Smalls look like they're going into battle mode as they're camouflaged within the island's many trees and bushes.
Titled 'Survival of the Chicest,' this W June July 2013 photo series is all about looking good while surviving in the wild.
