Vincent Dubourg is a French designer who has created a set of destroyed shelves, stairs and cabinets called 'Inside.' Dubourg's 'Inside' is unique because he didn't just take a hammer to an existing set of furniture to create his works, but instead designed each piece to look intentionally destroyed from the get-go.
Everything in this collection looks as if they have seen the bad side of a bomb and lived to tell the tale. The panels in the shelves all jut up and down at awkward angles while the cabinets have gaping holes in them. Vincent Dubourg is currently exhibiting 'Inside' at the Carpenters Workshop Gallery until in London until May the 28th, so try and get a glimpse of these unique pieces while you still can!
