For many, it might come as a surprise that Lima, Peru, is one of the ten biggest cities in the world, and Verdea is a condo that shows the vastly different types of neighborhoods in the area. The luxury condo is located in Miraflores, the wealthiest district in Lima, and it shows. It has an elegant, modern design that's highlighted by a primarily glass back face.
Verdea was designed by Poggione + Biondi Arquitectos, a local studio, and it is meant to represent the next step in the aesthetic of Miraflores as a whole.
