These new Higgidy vegan quiche pies have been announced by the UK-based pastry brand as an option for vegetarian and vegan consumers to pick up when craving the high-quality taste of the signature dish.
The pies come in two flavor options including Roasted Tomato Vegan Quiche and the Porcini Mushroom and Spinach, which are being launched alongside the Mini No-Pork Pies. All of the products are packed with veggies, and completely free from cream, milk and eggs.
Higgidy Co-Founder Camilla Stephens spoke on the new Higgidy vegan quiche pies saying, "We are incredibly proud to introduce our first-ever vegan quiche, allowing vegans to try Higgidy’s quiches for the very first time.
