In addition to offering a range of vegan-friendly ice cream flavors made with cashew milk, Van Leeuwen is expanding its plant-based frozen dessert products with Van Leeuwen Oat Milk Ice Cream.
The frozen desserts are created with a creamy base of house-made oat milk, plus a few other simple ingredients like organic coconut cream, raw coconut oil, pure cocoa butter and cane sugar. In all, there are seven flavors to try, including Oat Milk Mocha Latte and decadent Chocolate Oat Milk Cookie Dough Chunk.
As CEO Ben Van Leeuwen puts it, “This line further fulfills our desire of offering the best tasting ice cream that just happens to be vegan, and now cashew allergen-friendly.”
