A Light Switch is Needed for Ultrapop Architecture in Madrid

I lived in Madrid back when I was a young buck. So now, whenever I see a new building or avant-garde architecture spring up in the city, I have to write about it.
Designed by Mi5 Arquitectos, the Ultrapop Architecture building is actually a cultural center for young people. This thing looks like Lady Gaga found the original blueprint for Pee Wee's playhouse, then went airplane glue-crazy and decided to use the inside decor of a rundown 1990s roller skating rink for the exterior--all before hitting the 'ON' switch.
In other words, kinda dull.
