Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, most are forced to stay at home which has lead to a drastic increase in domestic violence cases across the globe — to combat this, Great Guns released the campaign 'UK Says NO MORE,' which encourages citizens to call authorities if they suspect abuse.
The UK Says NO MORE video begins with a scene we are all familiar with during the COVID-19 era, a man washing his hands at his kitchen skin. The shot is shown as a neighbor looking on from a window, however, as the video plays on we see the legs of an unconscious woman in the background. The PSA reminds viewers that "if you are safe at home during isolation, you can help a survivor who is not," and encourages to take action against domestic abuse.
