We have come to expect Tom Ford to push the envelop with his provocative advertising, but these newly released ads for the Tom Ford Spring/Summer 08 campaign disregard any decency guidelines and boldly cross the line from suggestive and provocative to downright explicit. When a designer makes ME use edited pictures, they surely have gone too far!
The ads, which were shot by Terry Richardson, feature multiple full frontal shots of Brazilian male model Alex Schultz while his female cohorts flaunt their own Brazilian waxes. The ads even include simulated exhibitionist acts while a gentleman dressed in a sharp Tom Ford suit enjoys the view.
Let’s see if Dolce & Gabbana are going be inspired to outdo Mr. Ford in their next campaign. After all, Tom can’t have all the fun by himself…
