These decadent éclairs were created in honor of the new Thierry Mugler perfume that is set to release this summer. The designer and perfume mogul is releasing a limited-edition version of his popular fragrance Angel called Eau Sucrée.
France-based pastry maker Fauchon corresponded with the designer's announcement and released special edition, Angel-themed éclairs. Each pastry is filled with marbled cream, contains a crunchy cake center with bitter chocolate and praline and is topped with Madagascar vanilla cream that is accented with a touch of lemon and caramel.
Of course, aside from the ingredients, the main features are in the design. The dessert's icing is "Angel Blue," and is adorned with silver stars and the Angel logo. They will be available in the French bakery from May 19th to June 7th.
