UK-based charity organization The Benevolent has recently launched an online mental health survey to better understand difficulties experienced in the drinks industry. Launched as the #NotAlone campaign, The Benevolent hopes to use this research to encourage stigma-free conversation about mental health in the drinks industry. The survey will be entirely anonymous and will not feature any questions restricted to class, race, gender, sexual or religious orientation.
The Benevolent survey was commissioned to Wine Intelligence, who will compile and analyse all the data offered to them. Those that participate in the survey will be able to win certain prizes such as, a gold membership to the Daily Drinker Wine Club and a case of six bottles of wine delivered every three months for a year, worth £290. The gifts are being offered by Victoria and Caspar Bowes of Bowes Wine.
