Tanqueray Rangpur was Given a Raj-Inspired Bottle Design
Michael Hemsworth — February 13, 2018 — Lifestyle
The Tanqueray Rangpur has been given a packaging overhaul that coincides with its new release into the Australian, Brazilian, Greek and Columbian markets due to an increase in worldwide demand. Characterized by a subtle citrus flavor that's achieved thanks to the namesake Rangpur lime, the gin features a bottle design that is Raj-inspired with an orange and green border along with a very prominent image of the citrus fruit. This conveys the high-end quality of the libation along with the subtle flavor nuances to make it an appealing choice to view on the store shelf.
Describing the new Tanqueray Rangpur packaging, Tanqueray Global Marketing Manager, Joanna Segesser, said, "Like our founder, who searched the globe for the perfect ingredients, we believe that ‘It’s what you put in’ that matters and Tanqueray Rangpur is no different. Distilled with rare Rangpur limes, the result is a distinctive zesty flavor. Our new look bottle reflects this rich heritage and its exotic flavor, while paying homage to the ultimate gin pioneer – Charles Tanqueray."
