The Swedish Ice Hotel is novel enough on its own to cause people to want to stay overnight, but this winter, it's letting guests become a part of the design process in creating the frosty bespoke suites.
Everything about the Swedish Ice Hotel is quite exclusive, including the $231,000 price tag that comes with designing a completely custom ice suite. In the spring, the hotel melts into the Torne river, however, guests will not just have to rely on their memories for this experience. With the price of the hotel, guests receive sketches, blueprints and photos of their custom ice palace, plus a bottle filled with some of the melted ice that once made up the room.
It's one of the most expensive hotel rooms in the world, but the experience is definitely doesn't come close to any other.
