The basement of Salem’s infamous and historic Hawthorne Hotel was recently the site of the latest witch, Psychic, and pagan convention GhoStock 7. Dozens of enthusiasts joined in the national 4 day event which was focused on paranormal investigations, and the latest ghost hunting gadgetry.
Guest speakers included Salem’s premier Psychic Christian Day, and Keith Age, the host of “Spooked” on the Sci-Fi Channel who cites that there has been a ghost hunting craze developing since the year 2000.
An assortment of unusually named dishes was served to the guests, including ‘stuffed peacock eggs’, ‘breast of red-necked wallaby’, and ‘sea serpent a la Bourguignon’.
