Street artist Julian Beever creates marvels of art with just concrete as his canvas. With intricate details added to shading and coloring, Beever is able to create works of art that appear to be three-dimensional. He creates the illusion of a park bench sitting at the top of a Ferris wheel and a man standing on the ledge of a high-rise building, just with chalk and the concrete canvas.
In one of his art displays, he made it look as though he was digging up the sidewalk in search of buried treasure. The illusion was made complete by him kneeling on the picture to make it look as though he was thigh deep in a whole having found gold coins under the sidewalk.
