For the branding of the beer Stout Sarel, Ronel Swanepoel has come up with a slightly rude design that's not completely apparent at first glance. However, this is what makes the branding so good, is that many people have to take a second look in order to completely grasp everything that's detailed on the label.
The stout is minimalist in color, with the graphic designer sticking to the colors of black and white. Sometimes less is more when it comes to branding of a beer. The lids also feature a white strip of label across the top, instead of simply the one in the middle of the bottle going across horizontally. It's these small details that can really help to elevate a brand and make it different than its competitors.
