It will be the second of its kind in the rich history of the coffee shop chain. Like the Roastery, which is located in the company's hometown of Seattle, this shop will boast 20,000 square feet.

Although not much information has been released about this coffee shop, it will be found in the Chelsea area in a building currently being constructed.
