Pablo Pita Architects' 'Boavista House' project is a stacked residence that is situated in the heart of Porto, Portugal. The newly built home is sleek and modern, embracing minimalist design details that promote function over purely aesthetic elements.
Featuring little to no ornamentation, this home houses a single family and features open and spacious rooms that are effortlessly elegant. While the home's bedrooms are serene and kept stark in their overall appearance, an open-concept kitchen boasts practical built-ins and an island while opening up to a wood-clad courtyard.
The patio space is equipped with a mini deck, a two-seat furniture set and additional storage along with a spacious patch of grass that serves as an outdoor play area for the home's youngest inhabitants.
