If you weren't keeping up with the US Open, the #StoryoftheOPEN sports marketing campaign would have told you everything you needed to know. The US Open ad campaign involved a giant billboard that was repainted each day to include notable moments and online comments about the matches that day.

The billboard was installed over New York's Midtown Tunnel but if you didn't happen to be able to catch the updates on the billboard each day, the paintings on them were captured in a series of one minute YouTube videos. This particular one from the opening day of the US Open kicks off the videos, introducing artist Josh Cochran and the project he took on over the course of the 15 days of games this year.
