Over the past few years, a number of fresh and inventive snacks for alcohol have been launched, offering much more than pretzels, nuts and other kinds of classic pub fare. To enhance the way people experience its Cuvée Rosé champagne, Laurent-Perrier teamed up with Made For Drink to create a limited-edition plant-based bar snack.
The elevated alcohol and chips pairing matches Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé with lotus root chips with “shichimi togarashi-style spices” that accentuate the berry notes of the champagne. Additionally, the crisps feature other unexpected ingredients like ginger, chili, seaweed and poppy seeds, which play up the fact that Cuvée Rosé is known to pair exceptionally well with Asian cuisine.
