The Miso Ramen Broth and Chilli Ramen Broths are both part of the 'SHORE' line of seaweed products. The miso ramen version is made with white miso, ginger and seaweed, making for a wonderfully fragrant broth. Meanwhile, the chilli ramen product will appeal to lovers of warming and spicy broths, seeing as how it makes ample use of chillies and sesame in addition to the core seaweed ingredient.
Both the broths are wonderfully easy to prepare, and just need to be heated and simmered for a minute before they're ready to add to noodles and toppings.
