A Mexico-based paper company called Scribe has created the Scribe Billboard as part of its marketing campaign. It is a temporary home designed by architect Julio Gomez Trevill for artist Cecilia Beaven to live in for 10 days, as she paints a mural based on onlooker’s tweeted requests.
This brilliant idea has created tremendous traffic for Scribe within the social media atmosphere. The campaign allowed the public to be included in the construction of the billboard, creating an interactive community experience. Scribe even hyped up their campaign even more by bringing in the famous Mexican band Molotov to play on the high-rise home while the artist painted.
The billboard home campaign has resulted in Scribe substantially increasing their audience and followers.
