Opening Ceremony's 'Roll Call' editorial is inspired by a high school yearbook layout. The image series was conceived in partnership with Re:Quest models and features photography by Isabel Asha Penzlien.
Styling for the school yearbook series is courtesy of Kindall Almond who dresses models in outfits that are representative of teen stereotypes. Whether addressing raver, punk or grunge styles or borrowing from a jock aesthetic, the stylist experiments with fashions that are both eye-catching and nostalgic.
Almond even dresses models in Guido-inspired ensembles -- evocative of MTV hit Jersey Shore -- and geeky looks that are academic in their overall look and feel. In addition to its yearbook theme, this editorial also highlights individualistic styles and celebrates authenticity and self-expression among today's youth.
