While some would look at a loft in an old factory as a useless cause, the SABO Project saw opportunity in this layout. The team updated the space with a stacked cabinet look, resulting in useful partitions in certain areas while still giving the apartment structure.
Since the area used to be an old factory, the ceilings are made up of concrete and there are sections of exposed pipe. The coloring used in the space is quite neutral, consisting of white hues with a lighter brown wood. This area would be ideal for a younger professional looking for a modern apartment with an open floor plan.
The stacked cabinets act as both an area to place things, and a section of the stairs up to the bedroom.
