Brands have successfully mastered the look, taste, and texture of vegan eggs in scrambled, hard-boiled and even runny plant-based egg formats, and Israeli startup Yo Egg's award-winning plant-based whole eggs are proof. In collaboration with Veggie Grill, Yo Egg is introducing plant-powered eggs with a "runny yolk" that avoids the risk of salmonella contamination. As such, these eggs are not only well-suited to vegans and those following a plant-based diet, but all consumers who want to experience the future of reinvented eggs on foodservice menus.
Yo Egg's innovative runny eggs will be introduced with three Veggie Grill Exclusives: The Yo Poached Egg Avocado Toast, Huevos Rancheros Bowl with Yo Sunny-Side-Up Egg, and the Yo Egg Kimchi Burger. Veggie Grill Rewards members will have first access to the new menu starting July 26th.
