The ruby chocolate Kit Kat is a new release from the confectionery brand Nestlé Japan.
While Nestlé Japan is known for frequently coming out with new and innovative chocolate products, its newest product spotlights a new kind of natural chocolate. Last year, one of the most significant discoveries in chocolate was made since the 1930s when ruby chocolate was identified as a new, fourth type of chocolate—alongside white, milk and dark—that can be made from ruby cocoa beans.
As well as boasting a bright pink color, the chocolate is also said to have a natural berry flavor. The Ruby Kit Kat will be available in two kinds of assorted kits, as well as the Ruby Sublime Kit Kat limited release.
