The Rosewood London Has Launched a Weekly Farmers Market
Rebecca Byers — March 21, 2016 — Lifestyle
The Slow Food & Living Market is the official title of the weekly farmers market held at the Rosewood London hotel. Held in the posh hotel's neoclassical Edwardian building's charming courtyard, the Slow Food & Living Market will take place each Sunday between 10am and 3pm.
The farmers market at the Rosewood London will offer a host of delicious local food and produce offerings, with local culinary stars such as Irish butcher Jack O'Shea, who previously ran the meat counter at Selfridge's, setting up shop weekly. The experience also has artisan offerings such as honey produced in hives above local London office buildings, local cheeses, homewares such as ceramics, natural skincare and apothecary products and much more.
As luxury hotels work to create unique offerings in the interest of adding value to the guest experience, many are opting for sustainable amenities that invest in guests' health and well-being and that replicate experiences that one would not normally access on vacation.
