To celebrate St. Patrick's Day, McAlister's is serving up a fully-loaded baked potato that it is calling the 'Reuben Spud.' Alongside the festive dish, the chain is also running a sweepstakes that could see one lucky winner finding their very own pot of gold.
The Reuben Spud is a limited-edition dish that consists of an oven-baked potato stuffed with sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, Swiss cheese and a smattering of corned beef. Those who stop by the chain during the week of St Patrick's Day will also have an opportunity to enter to win one of 50 POT(ATOS) OF GOLD, which are stuffed with scratch-off gift cards. Each of these gift cards contains McAlister's credits and one card even features a $500 VISA gift card.
