To kick off the launch of its new single-person meals, Danish grocery chain Irma created 'Restaurant 1:1,' a restaurant for one. The "world's smallest restaurant" is only set up to seat a single diner at a time and was created to break the stigmas that exist around solo dining in public.
Due to its unique qualities, the Restaurant 1:1 pop-up only required one chef and one waiter to cater to a single patron at a time.
