This new recyclable packaging is being launched by Mondelēz International under the Dairylea and Philadelphia brands to help give the various products a distinctly more eco-focused ethos. Launching in the UK and Ireland, the new packaging is part of the brand's Pack Light and Pack Right strategy to help it shift completely towards 100% recyclable packaging by the year 2025. Consumers will be able to take note of the packaging updates across several lines, which will be clearly indicated through branding.
UK Managing Director at Mondelēz International Louise Stigant spoke further on the recyclable packaging initiative saying, "Snacking Made Right means making our products with packaging people can recycle, it means making decisions for the long term that enable a circular economy. I am enormously proud to share this latest move on our journey towards our 2025 goals to better protect people and planet.”
