Mouths will instantly water everywhere with the invention of the Ramen Burger.
This burger was created by chef Keizo Shimamoto, and it combines two favorite foods: ramen noodles and burgers. Instead of using bread buns to hold the yummy ingredients together, the buns are made out of cooked disc-shaped ramen noodles. The burger itself consists of a 75-25% blend patty, shoyu sauce, a peppery arugla and some scallions.
This delicious invention will be making its debut at Smorgasburg on Saturday. Smorgasburg is a food market in Brooklyn. If you plan on making the trip for a bite, you'll have to plan to get there super early, as only the first 100 customers will receive the honor of trying this yummy creation.
